• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXELTUTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
