What's Covered
- Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 30 days of initial purchase
- First-time Subscribers: Guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase
- Subscription Fees Only: The guarantee covers the subscription fee only
What's Not Covered
- AI Credits: Purchased AI credit packs are non-refundable
- Used Credits: No refunds for credits already consumed
- After 30 Days: No refunds after the 30-day guarantee period
- Repeat Subscriptions: Guarantee only applies to first-time subscribers
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged for the next billing period
- Your unused AI credits remain in your account and never expire
- You can resubscribe at any time
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@axeltutor.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your account email and order number
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
